started the diet on January 2nd
aiming to shed the weight of a small Shetland pony ( approx 50 kilo's - and YES! they both do need to lose this!) If you would like to join them and lose with them and get sponsored you are very welcome indeed or if you would like to sponsor their weight loss at just 25p per kilo shed that would also be a big incentive for them to keep going. They will report their respective weight losses each Friday starting from 8th January. STARTING WEIGHT IS FOR ELAINE is (cringe) 13 stones 4lb PAUL prefers to just report his losses for now.

Exercise and FUN FUN FUN are also hugely important. choose loads of diferent ways to exercise. I'm doing usual daily work at EMW Herefordshire sanctuary but also some walking with the dogs, a bit of Wii fit, some swimming and stretching too. As the lighter evenings come back I cna do more outdoors. Fresh air is very important for not only toning bodies but also well-being.
