Where Good Things Happen Too

There's some serious THANKS to give out right now. What a difference a few days makes. I'm not going to do an order or anything because all this help and stuff is great no matter where I've put it on here but I'm going to say why it's great as well
OK...here they come.
EMW Jim is pictured because he's been lame and we'd thought it was sorted but he came in hopping lame again on Monday morning so first BIG thanks go to ....
Roger from Belmont@Bromyard our brill vets for making the old ex-racer comfy again. Lots of cutting away of hoof and pressure release done and Jim is back on all 4 and one brown happy chappy.
Next big THANKS go to the wonderful company  NAF-UK  who support this charity through thick, fat and thin. They rallied to the call - without even being  called! - and came up with a fabby box of their care products for all our residents needing their individual goodies...hugs for Kate and Elouise. NAF-UK supplements will support and mend our needy neddies thats for sure.
OK then next on my list is THANKS to this guy, Brian Seddon, for fast becoming a serious EMW-UK hero in our eyes. This guy is going to take on a whopping challenge on May 28th 2011. In just one day Brian will Run a Marathon, Cycle a Marathon and Ride a Marathonon a horse( possibly more than one) and all to raise funds for charity of which EMW-UK havve proudly been chosen as one. Fess up Press and give us a bit of advertising on this one!

GIANT Thanks go next to the fabby folk at GIVEACAR for sorting us out a brilliant press release which is beginning to bring in results as I write this blog. Released to several local and more distant newspapers they have opened doors for thsi charity. If you fancy adding your scrap to that already pledged, click the link above and talk to the guys there...your old horse power can be turned into a different kind of horse power here ..power for horses! the power that it gives us is financial which allows horses to LIVE!
No smaller THANKS  go to Lucy G for donating the money she has made from selling the eggs from her hens. What a star. Thanks Lucy it's really appreciated.See how simple things like what Lucy has done can make a massive difference too. Talk to us about what you can do to help, just like lucy did.
Always HUGE thanks head the way of trustee Jane Jackson, tirelessy working her butt off for this hard pressed charity. Wish we had a gold star because Jane deserves one. Anyone know of any awards going where we can nominate her as a reward for her dedication and hard work?
Next and never out of the frame are our ongoing and sincere thanks to all our wonderful - wet ! - volunteers for placidly putting up with persistant down pours of p*ddling precipitation!  You'll know them when you see them - most have developed flippers, webbed feet and gills! Not wanting to type that lot again in a rush either!
Another BIG FANK-OO go to our Hero's at BROMYARD TYRES for fixing the traitorous Trooper fast and without hesitation in all the horrid rain - it has a knack of being sickly when we need it most! Those guys have definately earned their tin of sweeties at Christmas this year already!
Lastly for today ( but by no means the only person worthy of mention, just the memory cells of the blogger beginning to fail!) I'll say a big big big CHEERS GUYS to you all who support, RT on Twitter, Share on FB, answer our pleads and begs on Saddle-Up forum and prop us up when we have a bad week like the one before last...IN FACT ALL YOU GUYS ROCK - SO TAKE A BOW!
Without you kind people, little guys like EMW Musky (left) - living in his forever home with Trustee Amy - would not have found a place of safety within this charity.

MUSKY says "ON BEHALF OF ALL EMW-UK HORSES AND PONIES A BIG THANK YOU TOO"
